    New Navigation Safety Regulations

    The Government of Canada has published the new Marine Navigation Safety Regulations, 2020, which now apply to commercial vessels of all sizes, including fishing vessels, workboats, water taxis and ferries.

    Opportunity for input: Ocean Noise Strategy

    Transport Canada announces updated COVID-19 measures pertaining to cruise ships and passenger vessels in Canadian waters

    To help limit the spread of COVID-19, cruise ships with overnight accommodations allowed to carry more than 100 persons are prohibited from operating in Canadian waters until October 31, 2020.
