NMC Membership

The Boards and Commission of the four (4) member Institutions of Public Government (IPG) are responsible for advising and making recommendations to government regarding marine areas. Each of the four (4) organizations has nominated a Board Member or Commissioner as an NMC representative. The Chairperson and NMC Representative from each of the NIRB, the NPC, the NWB and the NWMB represent the interests of their respective Boards or Commission during NMC teleconferences and meetings. A staff-level working group has been established with senior staff representing each member IPG to advance work on the implementation of the NMC Strategic Plan.
